Please read before setting up.
- Proof of I.D. may be required
- No Drones without express permission
- No Maggots to be used by any Carp Angler on any Lake
- Manufactured hooks only – No braided mainline – No keep sacks – Each angler is expected to have their own 42inch landing net and unhooking mat / cradle
- Please use disinfectant dip tank for your mats, cradle, and nets
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict anglers or guest without prior notice
- No generators
- Fishing only from swims provided. All rods must be kept in your own swim. No doubling up on swims (3 rods per swim, unless the swim states that its a double)
- Nuts and seed baits must be probably pre soaked and cooked
- All rubbish is to be removed from the swim by the angler using it
- No swimming at all.
Please forward the anglers names prior to arrival.
SWIM‑SIDE & OVERNIGHT POLICY
- Overnight stays only while actively fishing
- Bivvies or suitable angling shelters only
- Keep noise low to maintain the tranquillity of the lake
NON‑ANGLING GUESTS
- Must be accompanying a booked angler
- Must remain within the same swim
- May share the angler’s shelter or use their own bivvy
- No independent camping or separate pitches
POWER & EQUIPMENT
- Power banks only
- No generators permitted
- No domestic appliances (microwaves, heaters, etc.) unless authorised
- All equipment must be safe and suitable for outdoor use
RESPECT FOR THE VENUE
- Follow bailiff instructions at all times
- Keep swims clean and litter‑free
- Respect wildlife, the water, and other anglers
- Alcohol in moderation – no drugs
- Dogs are welcome but must be well‑behaved, under control, and cleaned up after at all times
SAFETY
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Deep water – no swimming
- Only bait boats allowed
- Take extra care around the water at night
