The fishing has continued to produce some fantastic results at The Folly Lakes, with anglers enjoying consistent action across both the Main Lake and Small Lake throughout the season.
Recent sessions have seen several carp over the 30lb mark landed from the Main Lake, with anglers reporting excellent sport and multiple fish during longer stays. The venue’s renowned stock of original English carp continues to impress, with fish showing exceptional condition and power. Recent reports have included mirrors to 48lb and a number of quality thirties finding their way onto the bank.
Over on the Small Lake, the catfish have been particularly active, with one angler landing a personal best catfish of 70lb.
As water temperatures rise and fish activity increases, anglers are reporting more frequent opportunities and memorable captures. Whether targeting one of the Main Lake’s famous residents or enjoying the action-packed Small Lake, The Folly continues to deliver outstanding carp fishing in a peaceful and exclusive setting.
Tight lines to everyone visiting The Folly Lakes this season, and we look forward to seeing more impressive catches in the season ahead.
